Thin-Film Evaporation System

Hi-Evaolator

Fast Concentration & Powdering for Advanced Liquid Processing

The Sakura Hi-Evaolator is an advanced thin-film evaporation and powdering system designed for the rapid concentration, solidification, and recovery of treatment liquids. By combining centrifugal force with a heated, non-contact evaporation surface, the system enables instant evaporation and transforms liquids into high-purity powders, while simultaneously recovering condensed liquid through an integrated cooling system.

Engineered in Japan by Sakura Seisakusho, the Hi-Evaolator delivers precision, efficiency, and reliability for demanding industrial and environmental applications.

What Is the Hi-Evaolator Thin-Film Evaporation System?

The Hi-Evaolator is a thin-film evaporator that spreads liquid into an ultra-thin layer using centrifugal force. This dramatically increases the heat transfer area, allowing moisture or solvent to evaporate almost instantly upon contact with the heated surface.

Unlike conventional evaporation systems, the Hi-Evaolator operates with non-contact heating, reducing fouling and thermal degradation while enabling fast concentration and direct powder formation.

Hi-Evaolator Key Benefits:-

Converts liquids into high-purity powder within seconds.

Achieves rapid volume reduction with minimal energy loss.

Reduces fouling, scaling, and maintenance requirements.

Recovers evaporated liquid via built-in cooling system.

Minimizes thermal damage during processing.

Ideal for industrial processes with limited space.
