Precleaner
(single and double)
The precleaner is known as the de-sander. It’s main purpose is to remove sand and other abrasive material from the process medium after the vibrating screen. The de-sanding systems consist primarily of single cyclone and twin cyclone. It will be required for every Mills and is an effective equipment for sand removal with low operating cost.
Hence, wear and tear of your decanter will lower, increase the operation hours on nozzle separator before c hoke.
